Together with @derique and thanks to @JohndenBraber I went to visit the Veldrome in Amsterdam for the Zesdaagse track cycling.

I felt in love with experimental band Fuck Buttons when they performed live at the Melkweg. Like New Noise said: “rarely have two men sounded so much like the end of the world”.
I agree.

Friday I received my Olympus PEN with 17mm (=34mm equivalent) pancake lens. I think it will be my new best friend from now on. dSLR quality in a compact body, sounds to good to be true eh?
Below are some quick shots I took in the Albert Heijn (what better place to test the undercoverness of a camera than the supermarket?) using an artistic (grainy film) preset from the camera. Already thinking about getting the Summicron 1:2/35 (“king of bokeh“) lens . I will try to post more pictures this week.

For the last two days, the center of Amsterdam is literally flooded by Scottish supporters in kilts. Supporters getting ready for the match Netherlands – Scotland.
